Dominican Republic coach Marcos Kwiek: “We are very happy with the win. The game was very difficult and intense. Both teams played sustained volleyball.”
Dominican Republic captain Prisilla Rivera: “We are very happy to claim two points in this stage, especially because it was against the USA, a very strong team. Our game has grown a lot and it’s a good thing because tomorrow we’re going to Thailand, which is a great opportunity.”
